Walnut Burgers
Walnut Burgers 
 

4 cups water

1/3 cup Bragg liquid aminos or lite soy sauce

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

tsp celery seed

tsp salt

1/3 cup nutritional yeast flakes

cup sesame seeds

Combine all ingredients above in large saucepan and bring to a boil, then add:

2 cup regular rolled oats

2 cups quick oats

cup ground walnuts

2 Tb dried minced onion or onion powder

1 tsp dried minced garlic or garlic powder

Stir frequently until the mixture boils again. Remove from stove and allow to cool. Shape into patties, place on sprayed nonstick sheet, and bake in oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Makes 10-12 patties.
