Hash Brown Waffles
Hash Brown Waffles
4 medium potatoes, shredded

½ cup diced onion

¼ cup diced peppers

½ cup diced celery

3 oat sausages or commercial veggies sausages, crumbled

dash of onion powder, garlic powder, and salt/pepper


Combine well. Heat a standard waffle iron, then spray well with nonstick spray. Spoon a portion of the potato mixture into iron, and let cook for 10 minutes. Makes about 4 standard hash brown waffles. Serve with ketchup, salsa, or taco sauce, or use in a tortilla with cheezy sauce as a breakfast burrito.
