Fruit Topping for Waffles
Fruit Topping for Waffles
3 cups frozen fruit (berries, peaches, cherries, etc.) 
2 cups unsweetened apple juice 
3 Tb cornstarch 

Place fruit in medium saucepan and thaw at room temperature. Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice. Pour into saucepan with the fruit. Bring to a boil over a medium heat, then reduce to a simmer until juice becomes thick and clear. Serve on waffles, pancakes, french toast, granola, etc
