Cream "Cheese" Ball
Cream "Cheese" Ball

1 pkg firm, water packed tofu (not silken)

¾ tsp. salt

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. paprika

3 TBS. nutritional yeast flakes

1 TBS fresh parsley, chopped

1 TBS. lemon juice

¾ cup bread crumbs (dry)

½ cup pecans, finely chopped

Mash the tofu with a potato masher. Mix all ingredients except chopped pecans in the bowl. Divide into two parts and shape into a ball. Roll in the pecan pieces.
