Smoothie, Carob
Carob Smoothie

1 cup soy or nut milk (I use unsweetened Silk)

2 TBS. carob powder

1 tsp. Roma or Cafix (cereal grain coffee substitute)

1 TBS. Sucanat or honey

1 pinch salt

1 tsp. vanilla

3 frozen bananas

Place all ingredients in blender EXCEPT bananas. Blend briefly. Gradually add frozen banana chunks until smoothie is desired thickness. Serves 3.
