Quick Easy Cheese

12.3 OZ firm, silken tofu (or 1 cups cooked millet or cornmeal mush)

2 TBS. tahini or sesame seeds

cup pimentos or fresh red bell pepper

cup water

2 TBS. nutritional yeast flakes

2 TBS. lemon juice

tsp. salt

1 tsp. onion powder

tsp. garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately or chill before serving.
