Black Bean Wrap

Black Bean Wrap

1 can refried black beans
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tsp chili powder
1 Tb Bragg's Liquid Amino's or Lite Soy Sauce
1 Tb olive oil
1 Tb lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 cups cooked brown rice
4 tortillas

In medium saucepan, saute onion in small amount of water until soft.  Stir in refried beans, Braggs, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, and garlic.  When the mixture simmers, stir in rice until well-mixed and heated through.  Divide mixture over 4 tortillas.  Serves 4.
