Oat Crackers

Mix:

¼ cup oil

¾ cup water

1/3 tsp. salt

3 TBS. whole wheat flour. 

Add:

Approximately 2 ½ cups quick oats (enough to take up water). 

 

On sprayed cookie sheet, roll out ¼” thick.  Sprinkle with sesame seeds and press in again with rolling pin.   Cut squares and prick with fork.  Bake at 250 degrees for about 1 hour.
