Guacamole

Guacamole

1 ripe avocado
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
1½ tsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt (optional)

Cut avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl and add other ingredients. Mash with a fork until desired consistency. Serve on toast, baked potatoes, with crackers, etc.
