Cabbage and Onion Saute

  • Sauté 4 cloves of diced garlic in 1 TBS. of oil. 
  • Add 2 diced onions and sauté till tender
  • Add 3 TBS. Braggs liquid aminos (or reduced sodium soy sauce) and 3 TBS nutritional yeast. 
  • Add 1 head of cabbage, shredded or sliced thinly. 
  • Sprinkle over top and mix in ¾ tsp. garlic powder and 1 tsp. dill weed.  Stir fry until soft.
