Millet Balls, Joyce's

Joyce’s Millet Balls

2 cups cooked millet (simmer ½ cup millet in 2 cups salted water for 45-60 minutes)

1 onion chopped fine

½ cup almond butter (can use peanut but almond tastes better)

½ tsp. celery salt

½ tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. salt

 

Combine & mix.  Chill for 20 minutes then form into 1” balls.  Place on sprayed baking sheet and bake @375 degrees for about 30 minutes or till browned.
