Sesame Baked Tofu

1 14-16 oz. package extra firm tofu, patted dry

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil

1 Tbsp sesame seeds

 

Cut tofu into 1 inch pieces and toss in large bowl with other ingredients.  Spread in a single layer on baking sheet (oiled).  Roast on lower rack, stirring twice, until browned, 25-30 minutes.
