Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Salsa
2 medium tart apples, chopped
1 cup chopped strawberries
2 medium kiwi, peeled and chopped
zest of one small orange
juice of one small orange

Chips
8 tortillas
1/8 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

For salsa, combine the fruit, zest, juice, and sweeteners and mix well. For chips, lightly brush tortillas with water, then sprinkle each with about ½-1 tsp of the combined sugar and cinnamon. Cut into squares or wedges, then bake at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
