Arthur's Bread

1 cup water
1 TBS. + 1tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 TBS. + 2 tsp. sunflower seeds
1 TBS + 1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 TBS + 1 tsp. flax seeds
1 TBS. + 1 tsp. millet
1 TBS. + 1 tsp. quinoa
1 1/3 cup unbleached white flour
1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 TBS. + 1 tsp. soy milk powder
1/3 cup Sucanat or other sweetener
2 TBS. yeast

If you are making it in a bread maker, set for a 2 pound whole wheat loaf. If making the dough in a Bosch, or by hand, knead for 10 minutes, form into loaf, let rise till double & bake @350 for 45 minutes
