FRESH GRANOLA

Mix together in large bowl:

 8 cups quick raw oatmeal

1 cup sesame seeds, ground

1 cup sunflower seeds, ground

1 cup flax seed, ground

1 cup pumpkin seeds, ground

1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

1 cup cut-up dates or raisins

1 cup chopped pecans or slivered almonds

½ tsp. salt or less

Grind the seeds in a coffee grinder (that has not had coffee beans ground in it!) ½ cup at a time.  Mix together.  Store in jars or plastic bags in the refrigerator or freezer.
