4 cups nutritional yeast flakes
¾ cup onion powder
3 Tbs garlic powder
¼ cup salt
½ cup Italian or pizza seasoning
¼ cup succanat or sugar
½ cup dried parsley
Blend yeast flakes until turned to powder. Add next 5 ingredients and blend well.
Stir in parsley. This is a large batch, but it can be used in many recipes and keeps well. You may, however, make a smaller
batch.
