Fruit Ice Cream--Quick
Strawberry Sorbet

1 cup frozen strawberries (or other frozen fruit of choice)

1-2 tsp sweetener of choice

1/4 cup soy milk of choice

Place frozen fruit in food processor (if using a banana, break into chunks first). Pulse until the fruit breaks up into icy "crumbs". Add sweetener and pulse quickly, then begin to process while adding soy milk. Start with less if you want a firmer consistency, though you made need to scrape the sides of the bowl a few times and add a bit more soy milk. Soon the mixture should begin to mix smoothly together into the consistency of a soft-serve ice-cream. It may be eaten immediately, or frozen for 30 minutes to an hour for a firmer consistency. If frozen longer, it will just get really hard, but this you can reprocess with more soy milk for an icy shake.
