tsp. onion powder

tsp. garlic powder

tsp. paprika

TBS. nutritional yeast flakes

TBS fresh parsley, chopped

TBS. lemon juice

cup bread crumbs (dry)

cup pecans, finely chopped
Mash
the tofu with a potato masher. Mix all ingredients except chopped
pecans in the bowl. Divide into two parts and shape into a ball.
Roll in the pecan pieces.
