cup soy or nut milk (I use unsweetened Silk)

TBS. carob powder

tsp. Roma or Cafix (cereal grain coffee substitute)

TBS. Sucanat or honey

pinch salt

tsp. vanilla

frozen bananas
Place
all ingredients in blender EXCEPT bananas. Blend briefly. Gradually
add frozen banana chunks until smoothie is desired thickness. Serves
