medium onion, chopped

cloves garlic, crushed

28 oz. can chopped tomatoes

15 oz. can tomato sauce

lb. bag of fresh spinach, chopped

tsp. cayenne pepper

tsp. oregano

cup rice
3-5
cups water
Salt
& pepper to taste
Saute’
onion and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, spinach,
rice, water and spices. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is
cooked. Chop in food processor if desired or serve chunky.
