1 small package frozen corn
1 can kidney beans
1
can mushrooms
1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped celery tops
fresh onion, chopped to taste
2 cups water
1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
1 Tb chicken-style seasoning
salt to taste
1 cup
chopped greens--swiss chard, spinach, kale, etc.
Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Adjust seasonings
and serve.
