Saute:
1 cup chopped onion
1 Tb olive oil
1 Tb water
Mix
and Add:

pkg. extra firm water packed tofu, mashed or crumbled
1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
1/4 cup chopped
walnuts
1/4
tsp salt
1/4
tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1 Tb chicken-style seasoning
1 1/2 tsp nutritional
yeast flakes
dash
of cumin
1
1/2 tsp lite soy sauce or Bragg's liquid aminos
Mix together well and put in a sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for
30-45 minutes.
