1 small onion, diced
3/4 cup carrots, diced

cups potatoes, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup green beans (fresh or frozen)
1 cup frozen peas

cups water
15 oz can tomato sauce
6 oz can tomato paste
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp
italian seasoning (or any mix of basil, oregano, thyme)
1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
1 cup
canned kidney beans
2 cups cooked alphabet
noodles (or any other small pasta)
In soup pot, combine everything except the pasta and kidney beans. Bring
to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are just done. Add pasta and beans, then heat through and serve.
