Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage Rolls

Sauce:
36 oz. crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup water
2 garlic cloves, minced and sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp molasses
1 tsp honey

Filling:
2 cups prepared brown rice
1 cup prepared TVP or Boca crumbles
1 cup ground walnuts
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce (from above recipe)
1 large onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp basil
dash of red pepper

Take 12 cabbage leaves and drop into boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain well and then divide filling among leaves.  Place in a baking dish, cover with remaining sauce, and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
