1 cup cooked white beans, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup unsweetened nondairy milk or water
1/4 cup drained pimiento pieces
3 Tb nutritional yeast flakes
2-3 Tb tahini
1-1/2 Tb fresh lemon juice
1 Tb chopped onions
1/2
tsp prepared yellow mustard
1/4 tsp salt
a few drops of Tabasco sauce
Combine in a blender
and process until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid as necessary to facilitate processing and achieve a thick but pourable
sauce.
