BROCCOLI SALAD
4 cups bite sized chopped broccoli
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup dry roasted peanuts or lightly salted Spanish peanuts
1 cup raisins
DRESSING:
½ cup Sucanat or other natural sugar
1 cup Vegenaise or other non-dairy mayonnaise
2 TBS. lemon juice
Add dressing and let marinate for 2 hours (no more) Serves 4-6
