Veggie Burgers
3 cups
water
¼ cup
Braggs
1 Tbs.
Beef Seasoning
1 tsp.
Italian seasoning
1 tsp.
garlic powder
1 ½
tsp.
onion powder
½ tsp.
salt
3 TBS.
nutritional yeast flakes
¼ cup
dry
onion flakes (or 1 finely diced onion)
1 TBS.
molasses
1 TBS.
tomato paste or puree
3 cups
quick oats
½ cup
walnuts or pecans, ground
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees. Place all
ingredients except oats and nuts in blender for 2-3 seconds if using raw
onion. Otherwise simply stir to mix.
Place mixture in sauce pan and simmer for 3
minutes, then remove from heat and stir in quick oats and nuts. Allow to cool. Make patties.
Bake for 30 minutes flipping after 15 minutes. Bake until golden brown.
