Salad: 3 small cucumbers, cut in half lengthways and thinly sliced 1 zucchini, grated ½ red bell pepper, diced 2 TBS
sesame seeds, roasted 1 tsp fresh dill 1 tsp. salt (optional)
Place sliced cucumber in mixing bowl. Add zucchini, red pepper, sesame
seeds, dill and salt. Mix gently to combine.
Dressing: 2 limes, juiced 1 TBS. honey ½ tsp. grated fresh
ginger
Place all into a sealed container and shake to
combine. Drizzle over the salad and serve immediately.
