1 cup dry oatmeal, preferably old-fashioned
2/3 cup unsweetened coconut
½ cup peanut butter, smooth or chunky
½ cup ground flax seed
1/3 cup honey
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup Nutella (optional)
Stir all ingredients together in a medium
bowl until thoroughly
mixed. Roll into balls of about 1”
diameter. Store in airtight container
and keep refrigerated. Makes 25-30
balls.
