15 oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (or 1 ¾ cups)
1/3 cup (more or less) tofu mayonnaise (homemade or store bought)
1 ½ stalks celery, cut into small pieces
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. kelp
Salt to taste if needed
