4 cups water
1 cup ground raw cashews
1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes

Tb tahini
1 Tb oil
1½ tsp dry sage
2 tsp dry basil
½ tsp dry thyme
3/4 tsp dry oregano
3/4 tsp garlic
powder
1 Tb onion powder
½ tsp pepper (optional)
1 cup cooked wild rice + ½ cup water (optional)
4 cups quick oats
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oats in kettle.
Bring to a boil, then stir in oats. Remove from heat and cover with plastic wrap. Let sit until cool. Scoop onto prepared
cookie sheet and flatten to sausage size. Bake at 325 degrees in preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes.
