1 can (15 oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed
3-4 Tb lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1-2 Tb tahini (sesame butter)
1 tsp onion powder
dash of salt
water as needed (about 1/4 cup)
Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth,
adding small amounts of water as needed to create desired consistency. After processing, adjust seasonings as desired. Serve
as a dip for pita bread or veggies or in sandwiches.
