4 slices whole wheat bread, crumbled
1 diced onion
2 stalks sliced celery
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 TBS. nutritional yeast flakes
1-2 TBS. olive oil
½ tsp. season salt or eliminate
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBS. Braggs Liquid aminos
3 shredded raw potatoes
Mix & fry,
bake or put in sprayed waffle iron to bake (2-3 batches, depending on size of waffle iron.)
